Working with fellow commissioners and the Administration, my goal is to help ensure high caliber staffing with the best available training and resources. Systems for delivery of services should be streamlined for convenience and delivered with a sense of civic pride. Residents will come to know whom to call when circumstances arise and they will come to expect affable and capable assistance, fostering a better overall environment for all the people of Miami Beach.
